DATE

Displays the date and prompts you to change the date if 
necessary.

Note: Every time when DATE command is called, MS-DOS waits for 
you to enter current date. You can just press ENTER to pass it. 
There is an additional feature in Windows NT/2000: To show the date 
without modifying it, apply "/T" switch to it.
